How we got here
VantEdge started with a decision to leave the midstream industry and come back to it differently. After years of watching the same problems repeat (fragmented systems, manual workarounds, and technology that never quite fit) the goal was to step out, rethink how the business should actually work, and fix the things that had been wrong at the heart of it for a long time.
We incorporated in January 2020 and shipped our first product six months later. Since then, we've grown steadily, adding clients, expanding our product suite, and building a team that understands how operations actually run on the ground.
Our partnership with Spartan Controls gave us access to facilities transitioning to TerminalBOSS as their in-house terminal automation standard. That partnership, combined with organic growth in Wheelhouse, has made VantEdge one of Canada's most widely deployed terminal automation platforms.
We also built Conformii, a regulatory compliance platform that helps energy companies manage obligations across jurisdictions. Conformii operates as its own product with its own website.
